Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached
- Not be altered or modified in any way
- Not be worn or used
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments, and the bank processing time may vary. Please note that refund processing times are beyond our control and may take several days to complete.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@galeria.shop.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email at support@galeria.shop and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered to us safely. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
